30th April 2019 – A day walk up Roy’s Peak beside Lake Wanaka. Takes around three hours to ascend.  Track is probably what I rate as moderate gradient with Lots of switch backs (track zig zags) to make it easier to walk up. Take note there is Track maintenance Fee of 2.00 NZD, ensure you have a few gold coins handy.
